Apartment Chiado 10 is located at 12, Travessa Joao de Deus, 1st floor (no lift), in the desirable Chiado area, the heart of Lisbon, a trendy, vivid fashionable part of town.
Location is unbeatable: within minutes walking distance you will find all types of restaurants, fado houses, luxury shops, latest fashion bars, clubs, theatres, supermarkets, neighbourhood: grocery stores and small cafes.
The flat is a great starting point from which to discover Lisbon: many points of interest are just outside the front door and within 3 to 5 minutes walk you will find Baixa/Chiado Metro Station, the famous 28 tram stops and the railway station to Sintra. Railway station to Estoril/Cascais beaches is 10 minutes walking distance.

To the right of the hall you will find a spacious living room, with a separate area for meals and social comfortable area appealing to relaxation and conversation. A very well appointed kitchen, with breakfast tables, and a full bathroom complete the apartment. Due to the bedrooms layout, apartment Chiado 10 is designed for families or other guests aiming to stay with all comfort in a design apartment in the heart of town. Pets are not allowed. Smoking allowed on the small balcony only.
